There are plenty of options on The Strip for Fusion Mexican cuisine including Dos Caminos at Venetian, El Segundo Sol at vegas Fashion Show Mall, and Mesa Grill at Caesars Palace. However, sometimes you just want the real deal. Tacos El Gordo at 3049 Las Vegas Blvd. South definitely delivers!
